We offer a wide range of facility management services to a wide portfolio of customers with over 25 years experience. We provide both reactive and planned maintenance contracts tailored to individual business needs.
Our customers include DHL, Claires Accessories, HelloFresh, KitchenCraft and Mercedes Benz. We are always open to new customers and tailoring our services wherever possible. We are a Birmingham based company however our engineers operate across the UK and Ireland.

Air Conditioning
We can design, install, repair and service air conditioning systems for offices and communal spaces to regulate temperature and humidity. These can be in the form of wall or ceiling mounted cassettes.
Building Refurbishments
We offer bespoke interior commercial and industrial refurbishments to transform any space. This can include partitioning, stud walling, suspended ceilings, brick and block work, painting and decorating, carpentry, electrical, plumbing etc.
Cleaning
We can provide custom-built commercial cleaning contracts to match the needs of clients and their environments. We also offer builders cleaning services along with high-pressure washing, window cleaning, graffiti removal, site maintenance and industrial gutter cleaning.
Electrical and Lighting
We provide commercial and industrial electrical installations and fit outs to meet all electrical needs. We provide electrical inspection and testing.We can design and install lighting systems and lighting upgrades.
EV Charging
We specialise in domestic and commercial EV charge point installation. We provide electrical inspection and testing.We can design and install lighting systems and lighting upgrades.
Industrial Line Markings and Floor Coverings
We can offer various line marking solutions including car park line marking, ultra-line marking, internal and warehouse lining, line removal and surface preparation, floor graphics.
Industrial Protective Safety Barriers
We manufacture and install Armco Barrier, Topple Barrier and Loading Bay Protection to protect people, assets and property. Tailored to individual business need.
Landscaping and Groundworks
We provide various groundworks services, including pothole repairs, site preparation and clearance, tarmacking, drainage systems, soft and hard landscaping works.
Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Services
We can offer commercial and industrial plumbing repairs and maintenance services.
